Katie Callaway, MSN, RN 

Katy joined the NPSN board in 2025 and brings with her 30 years of nursing experience. She holds a Master of Science from St. Mary’s University specializing in Nurse Anesthesia. Katy spent 7 years working in critical care and 11 years working as a Nurse Anesthetist. She is currently consulting with her own company and working in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically pharmacovigilance/drug safety for clinical trials. She also serves on the NPSN Outreach Committee. Katy is passionate about helping nurses with substance use disorder. She frequently shares her own story of hope and recovery through public speaking.
