Sarah joins the Board of NPSN with over 20 years of nursing experience. She is currently Director of Nursing and Behavioral Health Services at Regions Hospital in St. Paul MN. She is accountable for strategic, financial, and operational success of the mental health service line and programs. She brings to the Board a deep understanding of healthcare policies and healthcare finance (operating and capital budgets). She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a board member of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing, Rural Health Care Initiatives, and Bridging Furniture Bank in Bloomington MN. In addition to her professional pursuits, Sarah is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, ISAIAH, and Project Home (tracking homeless in community).
