APril Lenzmeier, DNP
April has been in the healthcare industry for 25 years. She has been in bedside roles caring for critically ill, telemetry, and hospice patients as well as nursing leadership for telemetry and critical care. April most recently led the ICU through the pandemic and served as a system quality and safety consultant. After graduating with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Health Innovations and Leadership, Dr. Lenzmeier joined a consulting firm helping clients redesign the future of nursing. April is passionate about helping nurses be the best version of themselves through sharing her own story of hope and recovery from an Alcohol Use Disorder.
